An octopus has a soft body and arms. They use their suction cups to catch their prey. They also hunt at night. Octopus's like to eat crabs and scallops. octopus's live in dens and under rocks. They use black ink to escape when they are in danger.  Octopus's have to rows of suction cups on each arm. the octopus catch their prey with their arms and then they bite it with their beak. did you know there are 100 different species of octopus? The huge Mollusk is up to 23 feet (7 m) from arm tip to arm tip.
